These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Femery website (femery.test, or its production domain) and your purchase of Femery products, operated by Apextar ("Apextar", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Femery

Femery is an Ayurvedic dietary tonic manufactured by Apextar. It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about Femery on this website have not been evaluated by any drug regulatory authority. Always consult a qualified physician before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a medical condition, or taking other medication.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, probe or scan its security, or submit false, misleading, or malicious information through any form on the site, including the contact form.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders for Femery are placed directly with Apextar, whether via our order page, WhatsApp, or phone. Prices, availability, and payment methods (including cash on delivery, where offered) are confirmed at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case any payment already made will be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within a reasonable timeframe, which may vary by location and courier availability. Delivery estimates provided at the time of order are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and, where possible, photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used bottles cannot be returned unless found defective.
